I loved having the unit with the upper deck, more private and a better view. Of the 8 or so units in the building, I think this one had the best patio furniture. Comfortable beds and the two bathrooms were very useful. Only 15 minutes from Clearwater and walkable to local restaurants and a CVS. my only complaints are that the beach chairs they provided were extremely rusted, child-sized or broken. And that the knives were incredibly dull and the kitchenware was not great. But would certainly stay here again, I hope they replace their beach chairs because that would have made a world of difference. ##### Julia K. With good weather outdoors - then no problem as there is a great deck to enjoy as well as a seating area beachside down below. Indian Rocks has an old Florida feel. This property has amazing views and is so close to everything you need: Publix, Target, restaurants and shops. The stocked kitchen with snacks and beach gear was such a thoughtful touch. You cannot beat the proximity to the beach. The unit was very clean. The condo was well-stocked and organized. It would have been helpful to receive the check-in info beforehand. We had to ask for it the night we arrived and then wait a while in the dark with our five small children to receive it from the host/manager. Some more storage space would also have been nice. The cupboards were completely full with kitchen supplies, so we didn't have sufficient space to store our food. We would also recommend replacing the broom and dust pan, and perhaps the vacuum as well. Other than these issues, everything was great! ##### Seth W.
