The grounds and pool are well kept and right across the street from John’s Pass. The view from the balcony is sublime. However, I would not stay here again. First, the beds are way past their prime. No one in our group felt they got a good night’s sleep. When we went to turn in for the night, one of our beds had a damp sheet and another bed had wet sheets. Cannot imagine how the cleaning crew thought anyone could sleep on those sheets. Also, no blankets and the bedspreads were thin and flimsy. The couch was sunken in and needed replacement. The dishwasher did not work and there were maintenance guys there two separate days and they never fixed it. The place just felt cheap and not worthy of its price range. Too bad. The property is dated seems dingy (living room furniture). Bedding could at least match in second bedroom. The kitchen was quite dirty. Spots of food inside the refrigerator and on the outside of the microwave. Several of the dishes I pulled from the cupboard were dirty, so I ended up having to wash everything I used. Kitchen only partially stocked, for instance, there were no lids to the pots & pans. Only one frying pan, no scissors, etc. There was construction in the unit above, so it was quite noisy during the day. Also, I get trust it’s a vacation house, but a clock in the master bedroom would be helpful. At one point, all exterior gate codes were changed. We were not notified by the management company. Another resident let us know why they were changed and what the new codes were. With all the properties to choose from along the coast, I’ll look for a different one next time. ##### Kevin H. There were 4 of us, so all the beds were used. They were all totally fine. They were softer mattresses than we may have preferred but none of us thought they were bad. The condo was clean and stocked with what we needed, but we didn't cook or eat in the condo really at all. They provided some beach stuff (we didn't use it but would next time!) like chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and some toys. The furniture was comfy too. But let's talk about the location. THAT VIEW! OMG. That alone is why you should stay here. We took a sunset cruise but honestly, the sunset from the beach right in front of our condo was the best! From condo to beach is a very short walk - SO short! And you can see the beach and the ocean from the pool area. Originally we were disappointed there wasn't a hot tub, but in November it was still hot enough to not need it at all. The pool was nice and the area around the pool has tables with shade. There was also a place to grill out (although we didn't use it). There are a LOT of codes here - for the elevator, for the stairs, for the gates, for the door, etc, but I think that's probably fairly normal in areas like this. There are a handful of decent places to eat across the street too, which was handy. If you are looking for coffee, go down the street just a bit to Sweet Brewnettes. It was SO good! ##### Josie M. Walking distance to lots of little shops, great restaurants and any type of water activity you can think of (jet skies, pairisailing, fishing ect..) Our one down fall was there is no lighting in or around the pool. Once it is dark it is very dangerous for especially little kids to swim. There is no working light inside the poor or around/outside the pool. The condo was well kept and had plenty of space. Located a very short walk to the edge of the water. A washer and dryer in the unit would be a huge help but over all we had a good experience with out stay. ##### Sydney C.
