The home was spacious and perfect for our family and our dogs. The kids enjoyed the pool and pool area. Our favorite part was all of us taking in the fresh breeze while relaxing on the porch enjoying ice cream from the ice cream spot, just a small walk away. The owner was very nice and informative. We had both parents, a 13-year-old daughter, a 12-year-old son, Nana, and 2 dogs. Let's just say a FULL HOUSE. We needed plenty of room to spread out and we needed a comfortable environment for all of us. Both parents were working remotely so needed some spots to have meetings as well. Our stay was great. The location was very convenient - we could walk to dinner/lunch spots easily and loved the nearby crescent lake park for the doggos. The main house is on a busy street (so not a super quiet suburb) but that didn't bother us. The tradeoff was the walkability. St. Pete is such a great city with much to see and do. I don't think we ever had to drive more than 10 or so minutes for any of our fun adventures. The home was clean and well cared for. The only real challenge was the internet reliability, but each time I contacted the owner, the modem was reset in minutes. Lisa was very responsive. She was great to work with from booking to checkout. We actually left some things that were mailed back the next day - great service. Overall, I would happily stay here again. ##### Jourdan H.
