The master bedroom has an ensuite completely renovated bathroom with double vanity. The master bedroom has a king-size bed as well as a desk if you need to work while you are visiting. The guest bedroom has a completely renovated bathroom attached as well! This bedroom has 2 brand-new twin beds (2017). Unit 309 also has a full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room making this unit a complete home away from home.
Sit out on the balcony and watch the sunset with your favorite drink or enjoy the beautiful wildlife in the waters or on land while enjoying the morning air. These units are well known to see dolphins playing in the bay water and boats cruising the waters as well as birds and bunny rabbits that are protected. You can access the balcony off of the living room or the master bedroom. Be sure to take time to enjoy the large pool and hot tub. 7-day minimum, Saturday arrival, and Saturday departure during peak season.
