Beautiful view of the water, nice walkable location to restaurants and beach. House is not rental ready though. Washer/dryer does not work properly, sofa very uncomfortable, vice grip on shower faucet used to turn on water. Toilets clogged and overflowed for over 24 hrs. After 2 unsuccessful plumbers, 3rd plumber finally fixed issue. Note there is a rental property in the attached garage. So if you need full privacy, this is not the spot for you.
