Enjoy this 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath, 3,300 square foot home on the open water facing Tampa Bay. This spacious house is newly renovated and features an open floor plan that offers high-end luxurious coastal vibes with stunning ocean views. Relax in the cooling-turfed backyard with a fire and a glass of wine, witness the beautiful sunrises and sunsets, or have a cold one on the dock while fishing for snapper, snook, redfish and flounder. Enjoy scenic paddle boarding in the canals and sandbars, or witness an array of sea life including dolphins and manatees right off your dock! This is one of the only homes in the area that boasts a covered dock, so you can stay shaded on those hot sunny days. Located just 8 minutes south of Downtown St. Petersburg by car (or 4 minutes by boat) and 15 minutes from Fort Desoto / Egmont Key / Award Winning St.Pete Beach. A newer vinyl seawall, tropical landscaping and uplighting, covered dock, and a large boat lift (13,000 lb.), hot tub, dock sink + shower + fish cutting board and fishing pole holders makes this home the complete package for you. The kitchen is a culinary state of the art dream! The oversized island features a JennAire stovetop facing the ocean with additional seating, so when you’re preparing a meal you can enjoy the view. We want you to feel like you’re on vacation even while you cook! This home is very kid-friendly and can come fully baby-proofed with a baby nursery. We also offer a playroom with toys and books as well as climbing foam blocks and an indoor climb gym for kids. The home is also equipped with not one but TWO living rooms and four televisions (one for each living room, two in guest bedrooms). The oversized master bedroom faces the ocean and offers stunning sunrise views over Tampa Bay. The master bathroom is newly renovated and features a double-sink vanity, makeup vanity, large soaker tub and walk-in closet. The most notable feature is the luxurious spa shower, offering views of the ocean and authentic Moroccan craftsmanship and design, inspired by the beautiful city of Zagora. 2 of the 4 bedrooms have king sizes beds and televisions. One bedroom sleeps 4, with a full size bed, twin bunk, and a twin trundle. The other guest bedroom can be set up as a nursery with a crib, with a twin bed, or with both. Please let us know which set up you prefer so we can make sure your stay is as enjoyable and accommodating as possible! This home is a 10-minute walk to Coquina Key Park, which offers walking trails along the water, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, soccer, and a playground. Gas grill, large outdoor seating area, modern fire pit table, hot tub, dock Adirondack chairs, large outdoor seating area, paddle boards, boat lift, dock fish cleaning station, fully fenced private backyard, soft cooling turfed backyard, kids play sets and playroom, washer/dryer, 2 desks (primary living room and guest bedroom), 2 central AC units, washer/dryer, crib, fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, refrigerator and electric convection stove. You will find pots, pans, utensils and a coffee maker as well as an air fryer and blender. COMING SOON: Outdoor playground. This is a quiet residential area, not a resort or beach destination, so maintaining noise control is essential. While my neighbors are friendly and polite, they prefer minimal interaction with newcomers. Please only engage with them if they approach you. Should they request that you stop an activity or express any concerns, kindly respect their wishes. They are instructed to contact me directly with any issues regarding my guests.
