Apr 11, 2018 #### A family time of fun We had another great time with our family at this condo resort. We love that it is mostly young families at this resort. Our condos are always clean and comfortable. The biggest thing for us is that they are well stocked with dinnerware, silverware, and utensils. We do a lot of meals in our condo, so this is great for us. The pool area is nice with a fishing area on the intercostal. We will be back! ##### Linda S. ### 10/10 Excellent #### Sarah K. We had a small issue getting into the room but the manager answered us immediately and we were in just minutes later. Great communication from owner. The property was as listed. Great views from the patio. Saw dolphins daily. Beach access is right across the street, walking distance to Sloppy Joe's and publix right next door. We had daily sightings of the dolphins! Property is overall well taken care of, although could benefit from on site staff. This was evident during the weekend when trash bins by the swimming pool were overfilling and some guests were drinking beer/alcohol out of glass at the pool (breaking a bottle by the water) ... It was wonderful to sit out there and enjoy you morning cup of coffee. There was a view from every window. The kitchen was a little small but we did not do much cooking, as our goal was to try the local food. The ac in the unit worked well except in the room with the balcony we had to sleep with the doors open. The location was perfect, we were easily able to walk over to Publix, the beach and a few different places to eat. Overall a great location. ##### Missy B.
