It was very confusing right from the start. I asked a couple questions, I rented the place, and then I was told that it was not available. I knew I had already paid for it, but it took a while to figure out if we really had it for that weekend. The place was fine when we got there, but the elevator went out and that was four flights of stairs. When I let someone know they sent a text with a number to call. When I called the person, they were rather annoyed that I had woken them up. They couldn’t give me any answer about when it would be fixed. I guess someone came out that day and “fixed it“ but it was broken when we got back. When I called the person again, they were even more annoyed. Séjour de 4 nuits en janvier 2025 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Barth B. 10 janv. 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Three star stay due to neglected maintenance \- towels are Motel 6 quality- door to unit catches on top with the closing mechanism- door to bathroom in deck side bedroom is crushed on the inside and the door handle inside the bathroom comes off- door seem for the elevator side bedroom is cracked making the door difficult to close - blue chair which I placed near the bar has a blue stain on top of it.- I have pictures if requested. ##### Barth B. Treasure Island was still dealing the the aftermath of hurricanes Helene and Milton, but our stay at The Palms was impeccable. The elevator was working and the unit was great. Views of the ocean were amazing and everything was great to house our family of 7. ##### Christian A. The space, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, gave us plenty of room to spread out as well as hang around together. We used the pool and it was clean and well maintained.
