Has a nice pool, though it gets very crowded. I went beginning of Oct which i though was off season but there were a lot of families with children that apparently took them out of school for the vacation. The building is part hotel and part private owners, so that is a tad strange, but everyone seemed nice, quiet. There is a small cafe on site that is open 8-5 and the food was pretty good. Access to the beach was great. Parking is a bit tricky at first then makes sense. This unit does not look out to the beach, you get a peek off the balcony, but otherwise looking at parking lot and street. We didn't get a chance to try the cafe. The parking spots can be really confusing to find but the office has a map and will help you out. Trouble getting into the pool the first two days. We had a problem getting into the pool first two days. We inadvertently spoke to security and found the codes were changed.
