The master bedroom was updated, as well as some of the flooring. The bed in the third bedroom needs a new mattress. The property was clean and as shown in the photos. The location was amazing! On the beach, close to a lot of activities (mini golf, beach yoga), bars, and restaurants. There is a private pool for condo guests only and it is steps from the beach. There were some beach chairs and other beach toys provided as well as a wonderful deck with pool and ocean view. My only negative about the condo itself was that you had to remember 3 different codes (only 2 codes if office was open). One to access building to get to the elevator and 1 to get out of pool area on to the beach (and vise-versa). And obviously, 1 to access your room. As long as you have a pic of the codes on your phone, a good memory, a kid, or a nice stranger to help, you'll be fine. 🤣 The sunsets were amazing!! Only suggestions: the front bedroom is tiny and would be best suited for bunk beds while the room with the 2 full beds should have a king. Cleaning supplies were no where to be found to spray and wipe down the counter tops during our stay. So maybe providing a small spray bottle for future guests. Overall great stay ! Nice 3 bedroom condo with lots of storage and a good layout to the unit. Top 5 things to know: 1\. The 3rd bedroom is small and is windowless. It is located by the front door. 2\. Large master bedroom/bathroom combo. Master also has sliding doors to balcony. 3\. The pool for this unit is on the front of the complex and directly overlooks the beach. This is a big plus as many pools are on the side of the complex and do not have clear visibility to the beach/ocean. 4\. This unit does not have a door code for easy access. There is a physical key. 5\. Unit has most of the beach stuff you would need from the leavings of others. No need to overpack in that department. We had a great week long stay and would keep this unit on our favorite list. ##### chessa n.
