One tip I would share is be ready for a firm mattress - in total our group had 16 people staying between 5 different condos at this location and the general concensus was every bed was extra firm. The condo was clean, the leasing agents were very responsive and helpful, the bed was comfortable for us (the mattress is firm) and the condo is within walking distance to John’s Pass, Hubbard’s marina, and restaurants.The pool and hot tub were not usable.It appeared that the pool and hot tub had sustained damage from the catastrophic weather events in 2024\. The only thing that was disappointing was that the drain stop in the tub didn’t work. I was kind of looking forward to a bubble bath. They didn’t have beach chairs or beach towels so if someone is planning on renting this, bring your own. We had our own so it wasn’t a big deal. The bed was comfortable but the pull out couch bed wasn’t. Overall, we’d go back and were pleased. 🙂 ##### Megan B.
