The living room opens out to the private balcony which over-looks the pool area, beach and Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is equipped with updated stainless- steel appliances. The cabinets are filled with dishes, cookware and utensils. A coffee maker and toaster are also provided. The bedroom has two queen beds, large dresser, flat screen TV and walk- in closet. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 4 guests in the condo. As a guest of John's Pass Condo's you will have access to our office services such as printing boarding passes and sending and receiving faxes as well as receive and send mail from our office. Our friendly staff will do their best to accommodate any requests or concerns you may have during your vacation. Please come and enjoy the beautiful beach and soothing warm breezes as well as the local attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants and fishing charters directly across the street from our condos. Coin operated washers and dryers are located on each floor. One assigned parking spot is available for this unit. It was spacious and we loved the view from the balcony. The beds however were not comfortable, and the ceiling in the bathroom leaked and partially fell down onto toilet (I reported to maintenance line). There was a towel on the blinds in the bedroom when we arrived (we assume to help with light from sunrise?). This is a great place to stay. It has the perfect location! The pool was right there along with the beautiful beach. Only steps away from the condo. On the balcony, you can enjoy watching the dolphins swim and the boats passing through. On the beach, the water is very clear and the sand is so soft. Also, Johns Pass boardwalk is right across the street, within walking distance. No need to drive to breakfast , lunch or dinner, as the boardwalk has restaurants and shopping! As for the condo, I would highly recommend that they take out the old carpet and replace it with new flooring. Also, the bathroom could use some help. A new shower curtain rod and shower curtain would really add some beauty to this condo. Overall, the condo was clean. The elevator was broken when we arrived, so we had to take a bunch of steps up and down since we are on the 4th floor. They had the elevator fixed by the time we left-a few days later. I figured a little exercise never hurt anyone. The unit is old and is in need of a renovation. The ceiling in living room and bathroom are peeling. The refrigerator freezer handle is loose and there is a hole in ceiling by doorway. The furniture is musty and old. The rugs are gross and stained. The bathroom should be gutted and redone. Our reservation was a mess and although we got the correct unit, all the codes we received were for the wrong unit. The elevator is sketchy and the three different codes for the various gates are annoying. It really wouldn’t take much to replace it with hard flooring. And like others have said, the cold water faucet handle in the bathroom that falls off is an easy fix for any handy man. Just fix it. I saw a review that mentioned a roach underneath the kitchen sink in the cabinet, which was Still there when I got there so I took the 10 seconds to actually throw it out. Besides the carpet and the bathroom faucet, neither of which takes away from the amazing location, the condo was as described. The balcony has an amazing view over the pool and the Gulf as well as the convenience of everything in walking distance. There are beach chairs in the condo to use. Since they say you can’t take the bath towels to the pool or beach, they should supply beach towels. People don’t wanna take space in their carry-on luggage to try to take beach towels back-and-forth when they could just supply some in the condo. ##### M M.
