This unit is fully updated with rich granite and cabinets through-out. New furniture in the living room really brings a contemporary coastal feel to this condo. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and a walkout door directly to the patio. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for 6 guests. Sandy Shores is directly on the beach so walk right down and put your toes in the sand. Coin operated laundry is available on each floor. Come and enjoy the beautiful beach and the attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants, fishing charters directly across the street from our condos, via a protected crosswalk. This is a non smoking accommodation. We received check-in instructions and on The second to last day there was a power outage. But it was for multiple units and was rectified after a couple of hours. I would stay there again. The air conditioner wasn't working correctly when we arrived but the office responded quickly and we were cooled down before bed time. The location to the beach was absolutely perfect with only a few steps from the room and we had our toes in the ocean. I asked the individual on the phone for a manager to call me, he said they would. I have messaged multiple times and called back with no one contacting me back. THE BEDDING SHEET DIDN'T HAD A PLEASANT SMELL (LIKE THEY DIDN'T WASHED IN A WHILE). THE SOFA BED SHEET HAS STAINS AND CRUMBS AS WELL. THE ENTIRE APARTMENT SMELL LIKE HUMIDITY WHICH IS HARMFULL FOR THE HEALTH OF THE GUESTS. IT IS VERY UNFORTUNATE BECAUSE THE PROPERTY IS WELL LOCATED AND VERY SPACIOUS FOR THE ENJOY OF FAMILIES. The condo is in the beach and features an outdoor pool that overlooks the beach. We could walk to John’s Pass to shop or to try one of the tasty restaurants.
