This spacious 1st-floor (Not Ground Level) vacation rental has a delightful décor (Freshly decorated) and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets! Vacation rental 106 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all three bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. Guest bathroom has a shower, and main bath has a tub shower combo. 106 has a Washer & Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans. We found that they really went out of their way for us. The rooms and the location are great. I really like the attention they pay to security. Well some people may find it aggravating, I like knowing that the only people at the pool are the ones who are staying there. Reviewer Comments: Being a regular visitor we arrived knowing last year’s hurricane had done real damage to the Sand dollar. Even though some of the work is on going the majority of the work that would affect visitors has been done. Not just done but beautifully done. The owners obviously made the decision that as work needed to be done they would update at the same time. The pool area is stunning with lots of space round the Tikki huts.and comfortable sun loungers.The garden area looks wonderful with really thoughtful planting. It was a real pleasure to be back and enjoyed every moment of our stay. ##### Robert J.
