Welcome to your top-floor coastal retreat, easily accessed by elevator with an interior hallway entrance. Enjoy effortless self-check-in with electronic locks and covered parking for one vehicle. Inside, the condo opens to a bright, open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Down the hall, you’ll find a guest bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and nearby full bath. The spacious master suite, located off the living room, features a king bed and private ensuite. The living room offers plenty of space to relax, stream a movie, or use the pull-out sofa for additional sleeping. Step outside to enjoy all that Madeira Beach has to offer—white sand beaches, boating, and water sports. Guests also have access to the resort’s heated pool and jacuzzi located just next door, complete with a sun shelf for lounging and a spa to melt your cares away. Beach access is right across the street from our building and there is a safe crosswalk for you to cross located right downstairs. The condo is walking distance to John\`s Pass Boardwalk, which has numerous restaurants, shops and fun things to do. It is a great spot for water activities. John\`s Pass also offers facilities for you to rent boat slips, jet skis and charters. I reside locally and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need. We are committed to our Guests\` happiness and strive for glowing reviews, so you can count on us to be there whenever you require assistance. This condo is located in Madeira Bay Resort, which overlooks the Gulf of Mexico just across the street and John\`s Pass Boardwalk a block away. If you\`re looking to enjoy the beach, water activities, shopping and restaurants, this is an amazing location! Madeira Beach was named the #5 beach in America, competing with several other Gulf towns in the area. There is a grocery store within 2 miles of the condo, though there are many restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. Guests will have access to parking for one car during their booked stay. Parking is limited directly in the beach areas, though there are paid lots and garages should you need to park a second car or have a visitor for the day. Uber and Lyft are readily available, as well as the trolley system that travels between the local beach areas. If you do not have a vehicle, there is so much you can walk to and delivery service options are available for groceries, food, liquor, baby equipment, etc. There is one elevator that services the building. Though rare, a power outage or maintenance issue can cause the elevator to go out while we wait for power restoration/repair. \- Guests must be 24 years of age or older to book and stay at this property. \- No illegal substances allowed on the premises, including recreational cannabis. \- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels.
