This Single Family Home is located on private Belleair Beach and is nestled between a one-block walk to the gulf (then three short blocks to the private beach access) and one house away from the Intracoastal waterway. Enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon nap on the scenic screened-in patio or walk to the intercoastal dock. You can stroll only a few steps from your backyard to sit and relax at the intercoastal dock to read, fish, or watch the boats go by. This Cozy beach house is your home away from home because it has everything you need to make your stay/vacation a memorable one. We have been staying in Belleair Beach for 10 years, and this was the first stay in a single family home. The home is very comfortable! The many windows give it a light and airy feel. We especially loved the TV room and screened porch. The three bedroom, two bath home is perfect for guests. It's close to the Gulf and a very short walk to the Intracoastal Waterway.
