You’ll love my place because of the coziness and the kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids). My vacation property is one half of a duplex. It is a full apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, inside laundry room,fully stocked kitchen, patio with grill, table and chairs. Pool is shared with guests on west side. This is one Level house, with two queen size bed full kitchen, two full bathrooms, dinging, living room and computer desk, Patio for four people to seat and relax by the pool. Outside we have weber grill (sheared with other side of the unit) and two lounger chairs to relax. Mini Golf course. This house is FULL fenced, pets are welcomed with pet fee. Pool is automatically Heated at 85 degrease. (Pool is shared with the other side of the duplex) Space for parking is for 3-4 cars max. We do have regular and beach towels, four beach chairs two umbrellas and cooler. All cleaning products in unite are available for starters. 1\. Bedroom Queen size bed with attached full bathroom, two nights stand, walk in closet, smart tv and dresser. 2.Bedroom Queen size bed, two night stands, smart tv 65in, full closet. 3\. Living room with white sectional coffee table, Smart TV, and coffee lounge chairs. 4\. Full kitchen with dining area, table with four chairs, counter top with four bar stool. 5.Computer desk with chair and lamp. 6 Second full Bathroom, stand shower. 7.Loundry room Washer and dryer. 8.Patio area for four people, weber grill, two lounge chairs, golf course. You can visit 5 different beaches from here. From Clearwater beaches all the way down to Ana Maria beach. First Closest Beach is 7 min away, Indian Rocks beach. address is 5th street beach access. Clearwater beach 15 min. Belleair Shore Beach 10min. Madeira Beach 12 min. St Peat Beach 17 min. Ana Maria Beach about one hour drive. Park for kids age 1-12 Largo Central Park 10 min away. Guests have full access to the east unit of the duplex, a patio outside, garden, and pool. This is a quiet residential neighborhood but is close to the main road leading to Clearwater beach. It is a quiet residential neighborhood to return to after a day of beaching, shopping, or sightseeing. Clearwater Beach is a very popular tourist location. It has been ranked number one in the US as a Beach for many years. Tourists like to walk around and sightsee there is a large playground for children, a large selection of restaurants and a few souvenir shops. There is also an area where you can charter a boating excursion for fishing, dolphin, watching and pirate cruises. All of these things are located, fairly close to each other within walking distance, and so many tourist like to just park and walk around usually the younger crowd likes to go and check out the guys or check out the girls And it is a very busy beach location The Gulf beaches are close by. It is a 5 to 10-minute drive. There is a park 2 blocks east with large lake, trails, playground and other recreational activities. A short drive away is supermarket (Publix), shopping, restaurants. Tampa is about 30-40-minutes away. I recommend renting a car or bringing your own car if you are close enough to drive here. There is a lot to see in the surrounding area that may be easiest if you have your own transportation. This home is also a distance from public transportation. There is plenty of parking in the driveway for three cars easily. STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS: No refunds will be given for storms. Beach weather can be unpredictable, if there is no sun you are not entitled to a refund. If there is a government/state issued emergency for a Hurricane a full refund is available. F YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS, ANYTHING NOT WORKING OR INOPERABLE DURING YOUR STAY YOU MUST NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY/ OR WHEN IT FIRST OCCURS. IF YOU WAIT UNTIL THE DAY YOU CHECK OUT OR AFTER YOU CHECK OUT THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS. Do not under any circumstance disturb residential neighbors with loud voices and music during your stay. There is a noise ordinance on the beaches, 10p.m. to 8a.m. that is strictly enforced 1\. Cleanliness is a high priority for our listings, please respect the house and clean up after yourself. We clean and disinfect the house before each arrival for your comfort. 2\. Trash pick-up is on Monday and Thursday morning. If your stay falls on one of these days, We would greatly appreciate it if you place the bin at the curb the previous evening. 3\. Yard cleaning and pool maintenance are conducted weekly. The pool cleaning staff will access the pool area via the gate on the side of the home. Maintenance takes about 20 minutes. Following maintenance, guests may need to refrain from using the pool for about 30 minutes. 4\. Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed. 5\.
