House equipped with free parking onsite, 2 TVs, WiFi, kitchen and utensils, fridge, air fryer, NutriBullet & microwave. Spacious living room & dining room with coffee bar (Keurig). One bedroom is kept locked for owner’s private space. Max 6 guests, NO pets allowed.

Guest will not have access to the door on the left from the front door. The only closet guests cannot access is the small closet next to the bathroom. Everything else is private for the guests to enjoy.

\*We may ask you to LEAVE is there is a neighbor disturbance and/or guests don’t follow the rules.\*  
•There is a late check out fee for $100 if check out later than 11am, you will have until 1:00pm.  
  
Other things to note  
The main entrance works by smart lock, this way guests will not receive check-in instructions usually any earlier than 3PM (the instructions have the code to the home).  
  
Please note there are cameras ONLY outside, around the house. Please don’t block any of our cameras for any reason, including the ring camera. There’s one camera in the front door, left and right side of the house and one in the backyard facing the pool. This is for your own safety. Thank you!  
  
Non-Floridian visitors: While you enjoy your stay, please keep in mind our flora and fauna. We have wildlife such as little lizards, snakes, frogs, rabbits, squirrels, birds and of course insects in our backyard. We do treat the premises for bugs but while a door is open it’s possible that something appears inside. Please if any of this happens while you stay, dispatch the insect at your discretion.

We absolutely LOVED our stay. Our hosts were fabulous, and the house was everything we hoped for and more! The location was perfect, less than a half an hour to Tampa airport, less than 20 minutes to St Pete/Clearwater airport. We found plenty of fun within a 30 minutes drive in any direction. The fenced in yard gave us plenty of privacy and social space. We enjoyed the pool and the comfortable pool side furniture for meals and laying in sun! The neighborhood was quiet and very safe. Walking in the neighborhood was always an opportunity to speak with nice neighbors willing to share fun things to do in the area. Our hosts were very responsive and so nice! highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. The inside was very clean, nicely decorated, and included all we needed for making meals. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The star of the show is the outdoor pool area that made us feel like we were at a resort!

Our stay was fantastic. Loved having the bunk for my little one. That mattress was the best one for sure. Slept well overall. Backyard was great. Good fun for all. House was so clean. Probably the cleanest we have been in for a VRBO or ABNB. Ty again.
