New inside with gorgeous amenities and appointments throughout make this luxurious 3 bedroom and 2 full bathroom condo the focal point for your next great vacation. Sleeps eight, and from its top floor penthouse location, you can actually view the sunset from the kitchen, dining room, living room and balcony. You can also enjoy the sunset from the hot tub, tennis courts, pool and of course - the beach! Minimum rental is five nights with check-in options of Friday (Aug, Sept & Oct 2020), Saturday, Sunday and Monday and check-out options of Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Again 10% discount for seven night rentals (generally Saturday to Saturday - unless calendar shows available). Disney World, Universal Studios and world famous Orlando attractions are just 90 minutes away. Our penthouse beachfront condo is a great place to relax and vacation. A great location for all. Make it your place for your next great vacation! Don't need a car - extended stay convenience: Great feature - you can take a shuttle from the Tampa Airport to Indian Rocks Beach - about $32. Also, and for one price ALL DAY, the Sun Coast Trolley will take you from St. Pete Beach (Treasure Island) to Sand Key (Clearwater) with unlimited stops - all for one price! Again, you don't need a car - other family members can arrive earlier/later when you give them your digital security code. The packed sand is great for jogging, bike riding or just walking on the beach. Watch the Seabirds at eye level as they glide by your top floor Reef Club vacation penthouse. Restaurants and places: Best ice cream in the world! Candy Kitchen - they make their own - go there. They have the same ice cream at 'Candy Kitchen' (one block north of Reef Club . . . just the portions are not as large :). Salt Rock Grill - atmosphere! Great value - surf & turf - more . . . go before 5:00 for extraordinary prices! Crabby Bill's - Seafood - always happening. Within very close walking distance - TJ's, Keegan's, Guppys and PJ's Oyster Bar - all good. THE Pub - down the street. Dine at the outside bar evenings and watch the Intracoastal. Our family loved our stay at Indian Rocks Beach! The condo was clean and spacious, perfect for our family. Access to the condo was easy and you get a covered parking spot on the ground floor. The setup is fantastic with the pool/hot tub area and pickle ball/tennis court just steps from the beach. Our family used the pickle ball court every day. Beautiful views and great restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely go back!Thank you to Rick and Charlotte! ##### Nathan G. We particularly enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub and onsite pickleball courts. We found several bars, coffee shops & restaurants within a short walking distance. First of all our hosts Rick & Charlotte were very responsive with questions & communication. The unit was clean, the beds comfortable, which is a big one when traveling with adult kids! Everything was just as it appears in the pictures, and honestly the oceanfront view is even better in person. I love that so much was provided in the condo including sand toys, floats, and even chairs. Rick was very responsive and provided very helpful information including where to see fireworks since we would be visiting during the 4th of July. We love that Indian Rocks Beach provides a little bit of a quieter beach community experience, yet there is still plenty to see/do, and you're not far at all from the busier beach towns if you do seek a little more action. We had a great vacation and would definitely seek to stay in this condo again! ##### Ashley L. The view is spectacular, the condo is beautiful and I don't believe I've ever stayed anywhere with such a well stocked kitchen. We've been staying at various Reef Club condos for the past 20 years and this was, by far, our favorite. The improvements to the over-all property the past few years are great, as well. We love the new area set up with corn hole, giant Jenga, etc. If you are considering staying at the Reef Club we cannot recommend it and specifically this unit highly enough. This condo had EVERYTHING! My kids were ecstatic with all the options at beach toys! From the moment you first walk in its breathtaking. The space is absolutely perfect. The beds are super comfy! They had extra everything from pillows and blankets to portable fans. The kitchen was well equipped. It felt like home, we didn't want to leave. We spent many morning and evenings on the balcony watching the ocean and sunsets. Rick and Charlotte were amazing hosts and so informative and quick to respond with any answers we needed. The unit is updated and very vibrant throughout and the views are stunning. Rick was very responsive in providing anything and everything he thought we should know an was very professional.
