The place was 20 yards from the beach so it made coming and going very easy. We were able to make home cooked meals or easily walk to nice restaurant. Front patio is nice but open to the main street. Air conditioning went out but this was fixed quickly by manager who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. If you are wanting a beach vacation this works great as it is close and also plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to use. Great weekend getaway!! ##### Donell K. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was more than adequate. We enjoyed sitting in the patio for people watching on Mandalay Ave. The hot tub was a nice bonus too . We walked to several nearby restaurants for some great meals . Captain Al & his staff were very friendly and helpful our entire stay . Will definitely return here in the future ! ##### Colleen A. Nice little cottage in a very convenient location to both the beach and the downtown. A very easy <1 block walk to the beach, and a couple of blocks walk to restaurants. Every beach amenity you need, they have for your use. We enjoyed sitting on the porch along Mandalay in the afternoon shade. Al and Karen were very helpful addressing any issues that came up and they were very prompt in attending to us and our 18 month-old's needs. Central A/C in this cottage was a huge plus in the heat of June. The bathroom of this cottage is tight, and some things in the bathroom are dated, but everything worked well. All in all, a pleasant stay where the staff and other guests are very friendly. ##### Jay S.
