This property is an average hotel stay with 2 queen beds, plenty of room and clean. The furnishings are a little dated and there is some nicks in the paint here and there. The neighborhood has an element of drug use which is common in most cities today. Stay in your room and you will be fine. The location is awesome, close to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. Check in and out was a few minutes or less. We will book here again for another concert at the Sound.

Horrible stay. Multiple rooms had ants. Numerous lights didn't work. The front desk attendant found concerns over ants amusing and even laughed about it. She told me it would take about 3 hours to change rooms, and upon seeing me taking an unrelated phone call, she went off to somewhere else in the building, came back, and said it would be 20 minutes. Would not recommend.

Friendly staff. Convenient location. Room was simple but clean and bed and pillows were comfortable. Little noisy with road noise but a very good choice for hotel.

The receptionist was very friendly and tried hard to please us - the wi-fi was very poor in our first room and we were able to move to a second room where is was better, but still spotty Facilities are very old and could use a renovation Basic amenities were provided and were clean

The interior needs upgrading. The smoke alarm in my room malfunctioned several times while I was sleeping. The internet kept going out at night. I was given a number to call the internet company for remedy. The breakfast had waffles as its only hot meal. This establishment needs upgrading in numerous areas.

The room that I reserved online was nothing like the pictures showed. It smelled horrible and was very outdated. I do want to acknowledge the staff, the woman checking us in was great. She gave us an extra hour to check out since we got in at 3am.

They only want to give you one key, even though there’s two guests. Took 30 minutes to check in one bed was missing missing its bedspread just had a blanket and a sheet. The other bed had the bedspread. No explanation for the property or where my room was going to be just here’s your key, now go. no explanation of benefits no information about the property. No suggestion for any place nearby. Literally just rude Indian communication. I’m not racist which is what everybody says when they notice something that a particular group of people represent. And for crying out, loud Sunoco, gas stations and motels in the state of Florida are run by primarily Indians. It is a completely different culture and it does not assimilate easily. Rude is the norm. Unhelpful is the norm. Unaccepting of any criticism is the norm. Cheap is the norm.

I just needed a place to sleep for a week, while at a conference. This was close and cheap, it worked. However, I did have to purchase my own roach and ant spray as I often found them when I came back each evening.

Parking is not good so close you can barely get in and out. something bit us all night. Was little ants everywhere. Pillows are like a block. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough

It was basically a large room with two comfortable beds. The shower was new. The chairs in the room were very old and dirty, the kind that you are scared to sit on them. It is a great location, good for the money.
