The updated kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare a meal! The kitchen flows right into the dining space with seating for 4! The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining and takes advantage of the spectacular views from no matter where you are in the living room, dining room or kitchen. The wall of sliders opens onto the amply sized balcony overlooking the water. The property has a heated swimming pool and hot tub. In addition, there is a tiki-hut-covered picnic table, perfect for getting out of the sun for a snack. There is also a separate sunbathing area away from the pool for more privacy. Take a walk along the dock watching the boats going by and keep an eye out for dolphins and manatees too! It is a smaller building so we didn’t have to worry about being overcrowded. The unit was clean and nicer than expected. We really enjoyed the view of the Intercoastal and watching the boats. We even saw a few dolphin one day. There is a private walkway to the beach just across Gulf blvd. We were pleasantly surprised to find an umbrella, several beach chairs and some floats in the condo.
