The views are amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped and stored with any spices you may need for cooking. The access to the beach is amazing as well. The property manager Phillip was very welcoming and willing to help with anything that we needed. The house had a lot of cool features including different mood lighting, a pool that cools (perfect in the summer heat), as well as an elevator for those who can't handle all the stairs. The only thing that I think needs some work is the downstairs air conditioner. The property manager stayed on top of everything, Hendrick made the stay extremely comfortable, he was a text away at anytime to insure we understood anything! The electronics in this house are top notch but take a learning curve to get used to and Hendrick had no problem answering phone calls and texts to get it figured out. The home is everything you could want in a modern 10 million dollar mansion! Luxury at its finest! ##### Jason T. The place is super spacious, clean and has an amazing design and architecture! The entertainment system makes it very easy to entertain out of any room! It was so nice to stay at a house that was clean on arrival, well taken care of and maintained. The kitchen was stocked with all the tools needed to cook meals, the pool and spa were relaxing. We enjoyed many ping pong games and the pool closet had all the beach chairs and umbrellas, floats, that we would need. The beach was amazing and just steps away, you can swim out to a sand bar during low tide in minutes. We really enjoyed this rental and the property management was great at answering any questions that we had. The house was walking distance to Caddy's and a surf shop.
