Welcome to Beach Bound, your next perfect beach getaway! This single-family pool home offers a blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, it’s ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing vacation.  
  
Step inside to a spacious, open living area with plenty of seating — perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. The open kitchen boasts a large island with bar stool seating, top-of-the-line appliances including wine fridge and double oven, and is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware so you can prepare delicious meals at home. A dining table for six provides extra space for enjoying dinners or playing board games with your family. The home offers two private balconies — one off the living room in the front of the house and another off the back of the house for a quieter retreat.  
  
The master bedroom features a king bed, desk space, TV, and an attached bathroom, along with plenty of closet space for extended stays. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and TV, while the third bedroom is great for kids or extra guests, offering full-over-full bunk beds with a twin pullout, a desk space, and a TV. You will also find a washer and dryer for added convenience.   
  
Step outside to your private fenced backyard, where you'll find a beautiful, heated pool and a large pool deck with lounge chairs and seating for soaking up the Florida sunshine. The property is beautiful, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The pool area is awesome. Our only concern is it wasn’t heated for us and it took a few phone calls and request to get some level of heating and then it was close to us leaving the property. We specifically looked for a place with a heated pool so that’s why it was such a disappointment in that way.

Property was dirty upon arrival. Dishes in cabinets were dirty so we had to rewash everything we wanted to use. Furniture is stained and grill had never been cleaned and was full of grease. We arrived on a Saturday and the pool was filled with debris and sand, contacted property management and were told to have it cleaned before their normally scheduled Wednesday cleaning we would have to pay a fee. We refused to pay since the pool should have been clean upon arrival, so we spent 4 days with a dirty pool during our one week trip. Pool cleaners came and only removed debris and was still full of sand. Overall for the price it is not worth the stay due to the cleanliness level.

#### Great Location

Had a wonderful stay with myself and two sisters visiting for our fathers 80th birthday. Right across the street from the beach with a wonderful relaxing pool, and plenty of space to unwind.
