Seen lots of dolphins in the bay! Less than 5 minute walk over to the beach! There were both board games, sand toys, a soccer ball, and beach chairs available. The upstairs is an open floor plan with not having a door however the two main bedrooms have bedroom doors. I would note being I have a toddler, the back yard wasn’t entirely enclosed. The driveway into the home didn’t have a working gate to enclose the entire yard however I just parked the car there to avoid a large open way to the main road. Kitchen was supplied with pots, glass ware, silverware; and a functioning clean washer and dryer. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much! ##### Kayley B. We lucked out finding this house because it was 2 doors down from where several of our friends were staying. It's just a short walk to the beach, short enough to run home for bathroom breaks or lunch. We spent a lot of time at the beach. We also enjoyed dining on the porch and sitting on the dock watching the water traffic, we even saw a turtle swim by. This house had a lot of character and we were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the family room. It was clean inside but outside was left a little less clean. The renters before us hadn't put out the trash so we had full trash cans for nearly our entire week stay. They also left a dirty plate on the porch. The sand toys were spread all over and we found a dirty rag and trash in the yard. There are a few things inside that need fixing, a dresser drawer upstairs and a couple of drawers in the kitchen. But all in all we had a great week and didn't want to leave! I will add the property manager was quick to respond when needed. ##### Amber D. We enjoyed the good selection of games at the house. The house is on a busy road and was a little noisy at night. Supplied a pack&play for the grand daughter worked out well. The wedding was within walking distance and the extra parking came in handy. Went to seadog and caddy's good times at both. The place was clean and comfortable furnished well. The few kinks we ran into, couldn't get the grill to start so just used charcoal instead in the smoker, would have swept up more but couldn't find a broom and dustpan, and maybe a first aid kit would have come in handy for a bandage. Home was comfortable, the location was great. We couldn’t get the front door to open and they sent someone quickly who replaced the door knob and was very nice. If we travel to the area again we would definitely stay again. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. ##### Cindi F. There was only 2 rolls of tolite paper, no coffee filters, unusable lawn chairs No salt or pepper or any condiments . The traffic was very busy and kinda scary walking on the sidewalk to get across street to beach. But absolutely loved the beach ##### Kim B. The dock was a plus for our group because we love to fish and enjoyed hanging out on the dock. House was perfect for our group but would have liked a second bathroom but we made it work. Beautiful view from the back overlooking the bay. Plenty of room inside for a family of 5\. Great location with a very short walk across the street to a nice beach. Close to restaurants but not in a very crowded area. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Would stay here again next time we are in the area. ##### Pegg P. The dock was a relaxing place to enjoy a drink or do some fishing and the house and beds were very comfortable. Upon arrival there was an issue with the CD player and cable TV authorization but the management company responded to an early morning call and quickly resolved the problem. The location was superb with easy beach access across the street. I would definitely stay here again. ##### Kim D.
