The condo was clean, spacious and very quiet. I was worried being by the elevator but I never heard it or anyone out in the hallway. It was just me and my toddler so we had plenty of room. He loved eating on the deck and watching the boats go by. The location was so convenient to the beach and the grocery store was right next door. I rent a wagon and some kids beach items which made it easy getting to the beach. The beach boardwalk is a great spot for a nice walk with a stroller. The check in, check out and all communications with iTrip were seemless. They answered my texts within minutes. The pool and hot tub were very clean. There were always chairs available near the pool. The only recommendation I have would be to get black out curtains for the master bedroom. We will defiantly come back to the Palms condo again. ##### Jennifer H.
