Escape to this charming coastal condo just steps from the powdery sands of St. Pete Beach, with a heated pool right outside your door. Enjoy an upgraded kitchen, bright beachy décor, and easy access to shops, dining, and sunset strolls. Added perks include parking for one vehicle, Wi-Fi, and beach essentials—chairs, towels, umbrella, and buggy—for carefree coastal living. The condo has been newly upgraded with a fully stocked kitchen and is an ideal location for the perfect vacation beach stay. The location is extremely desirable as the pool is just outside the condo, and it is directly across the parking area to the sandy beaches of the Gulf. It has a Queen size bedroom and a sofa bed sleeping up to 4 people. The complex has many amenities for you to enjoy including the year-round heated pool, shuffleboard and BBQ areas. We include beach essentials for added value including beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and a beach buggy. High speed wifi and a digital parking pass for one (1) vehicle adds additional savings and ease. Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you. I reside locally and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need. We are committed to our Guests\` happiness and strive for glowing reviews, so you can count on us to be there whenever you require assistance. This complex faces the Gulf of Mexico and is steps from the sand. Directly in front of the complex is a grille for eating breakfast or lunch (or grabbing a cold beer or Bloody Mary), as well as beach equipment rentals located right on the entrance to the beach. Within easy walking distance are dozens upon dozens of restaurants and bars, shops, convenience and grocery stores: What we love most about this complex is the quiet location off the beaten path of Gulf Boulevard, nuzzled among several residential complexes. The option to be among the crowds or lay low is completely up to you! A parking pass is provided, and ample parking is available around the complex. In this particular first floor condo, there is parking available 20 steps away. The great thing is, restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and you may likely not even move your car during your stay! This is a ground floor unit with NO stairs. We provide a parking pass for one vehicle only. \- Responsible party booking this vacation rental must be 24 or older. \- 1 digital parking permit will be issued with the condo. \- This is a No smoking property, please do not smoke within the white fenced area of property (including balcony), as this is a disruption to other nearby tenants or owners. If you are a smoker, you can do so on the sidewalk nearby or alley in back, but not in private or common areas on the property. \- Towels and belongings cannot be draped over balcony. \- Please be respectful of others by being reasonably quiet between the hours of 10pm and 8am. \- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supply must be purchased by guests. Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors. \- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind. \- As part of our commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay for all, maintenance personnel will need to enter the units once a month. During this time, they will be replacing air filters and inspecting smoke detectors. While we cannot provide an exact date for these routine checks, notices on the common area doors will be placed in advance to inform you. This property is just what you need - a clean well decorated place to call home during your stay. The owners near the property so if you have any issues during your stay you know you will get assistance right away! The unit is not super huge but a living room area, bedroom with a new comfortable mattress & small kitchen that has everything you need! It is located right near the pool and literally across the street from Upham Beach with Paradise Grille to serve great food & drinks while you enjoy the beach or the pool at the condo.
