Escape to this charming coastal condo just steps from the powdery sands of St. Pete Beach, with a heated pool right outside your door. Enjoy an upgraded kitchen, bright beachy décor, and easy access to shops, dining, and sunset strolls. Added perks include parking for one vehicle, Wi-Fi, and beach essentials—chairs, towels, umbrella, and buggy—for carefree coastal living. The condo has been newly upgraded with a fully stocked kitchen and is an ideal location for the perfect vacation beach stay. The location is extremely desirable as the pool is just outside the condo, and it is directly across the parking area to the sandy beaches of the Gulf. It has a Queen size bedroom and a sofa bed sleeping up to 4 people. The complex has many amenities for you to enjoy including the year-round heated pool, shuffleboard and BBQ areas. We include beach essentials for added value including beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and a beach buggy. High speed wifi and a digital parking pass for one (1) vehicle adds additional savings and ease. \*\*Please Note\*\* The HOA has begun a roofing project and work is being conducted during daytime hours only. While there may be some noise at times, the pool area remains open and accessible. We appreciate your understanding as the property completes these improvements. — Also 11/17 the HOA is replacing the hallway carpet in the buildings with new tile, so you may see workers in the halls and at times be offered a short detour or need to walk around small staged work areas. Some tile landings may be briefly blocked, but access to your condo will remain open. We appreciate your patience as the building gets this beautiful upgrade! This complex faces the Gulf of Mexico and is steps from the sand. Directly in front of the complex is a grille for eating breakfast or lunch (or grabbing a cold beer or Bloody Mary), as well as beach equipment rentals located right on the entrance to the beach. Within easy walking distance are dozens upon dozens of restaurants and bars, shops, convenience and grocery stores: What we love most about this complex is the quiet location off the beaten path of Gulf Boulevard, nuzzled among several residential complexes. The option to be among the crowds or lay low is completely up to you! A parking pass is provided, and ample parking is available around the complex. In this particular first floor condo, there is parking available 20 steps away. The great thing is, restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and you may likely not even move your car during your stay! This is a ground floor unit with NO stairs. We provide a parking pass for one vehicle only. \- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older. \- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others. \- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property. \- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made! \- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes. \- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind. This property is just what you need - a clean well decorated place to call home during your stay. The owners near the property so if you have any issues during your stay you know you will get assistance right away! The unit is not super huge but a living room area, bedroom with a new comfortable mattress & small kitchen that has everything you need! It is located right near the pool and literally across the street from Upham Beach with Paradise Grille to serve great food & drinks while you enjoy the beach or the pool at the condo.
