I love the fact that it is so centrally located. You can almost walk to any dining, entertainment and museum location. If not, UBER is an excellent option with a low price. On Fridays and Saturdays in the lower level club of the hotel, they have Latin nights, great for those who like to salsa, bachata, etc.. Or, one block away Goodnight John Boy will rock to the 70's music Thursday through Sunday. Highly recommended stay!!

The property wasn't well maintained numerous Items throughout the hotel was broken or did not function as they should. No hot water even after letting the water run 15 minutes. Shower in the room the hot and cold water knobs sprayed water around them as you operated the valve. (More water sprayed at the valve than the shower head.) The interior smell of the hotel smells like mold and mildew with a hint of sewage in the halfways.

Very centrally located old hotel. Room had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable, but bathroom was tiny and needed a renovation- still had blue tub and sink and toilet paper roll holder was under the sink! Parking garage they use could not take the height of our vehicle so that presented an immediate problem. Elevator was very old and slow. A few times the woman on the desk staff, who appeared to be training another person, made me wait and completed her task before talking to me. She was pleasant enough, but I had a weird experience with her when I tried to check out. She said my husband had already done so earlier, to "let me sleep." My husband, in fact, had just come down the elevator with me and had walked past her, with me, and the luggage cart, leaving the cart with me and going to get vehicle. When I said no, he did not check out, she insisted he had and pointed to a stranger outside, who was not even the same race as my husband! She really should have been paying more attention to what was happening in their tiny lobby.

Amazing stay. We went for a concert and it’s literally 2 mins away from the hotel. The hotel is pretty simple if you’re just passing through. Staff was nice and it was quiet.

The electric outlets stopped working halfway through our stay. But when we asked to be moved into a different room, they promptly made the switch and provided excellent service and the transition was fine.

This property has NO convenient parking. I got little to no help finding parking when I called. It was a good shlep to the closest parking garage with all my luggage. If you are looking to stay in the middle of things it's a good choice. I wasn't a fan of the weird garage sale quality furniture in my room or the lack of any rug or soft covering on the floor. Would be fine for the young and young at heart. Not my cup of tea.

You cannot beat the location. You are right in city center St. Pete. It made the condition of the room, (not cleanliness, it felt clean) so much as the build/age. Very small bathroom and a smell of mold. This hotel could charge a lot more per night if they put some money in upgrading the place.

We asked for extra blankets and answered no. Asked for an ice bucket and answered no. I asked what I was supposed to use as a container. Answered your coffee cup. Very loud music started at 9 pm, and there was a nightclub around the corner of the hotel. Staff said the band would stop playing by 11 pm, they played until 3 am. On their website they warned construction was going on across the street, but no mention of a nightclub, and then lied to us about it. A kid with brown curly hair was the person we had all contact with.

The hotel is in walking distance to everything fun in St. Pete. The building and rooms are old but there is plenty of room - you definitely get what you pay for, especially for the location. The staff is very friendly and checking in was easy!

The property was in a great location and exactly what I needed for the weekend. The bathroom was small but the bed was pretty comfy and soft and I usually hate hotel beds/pillows. It isn’t the bougiest of places but I would definitely recommend and stay here again

This hotel is in the ideal location but is in dire need of an upgrade. Aside from the location, you're not getting what you pay for. Speed the extra couple of dollars and stay at the Hampton.

Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zur Innenstadt und zur Pier. Das Gebäude hat durchaus Charme aber auch diverse Instandhaltungsprobleme. Fenster lassen sich zwar zum öffnen aufschieben, bleiben aber nicht offen (blöd im Bad). Preis-Leistung ist top. Parken im Parkhaus um die Ecke zu sehr vernünftigen Tagesraten. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Old hotel. Small room. Has character. Wood floors. Very small bathrooms. 6th floor hot water takes 10 minutes to heat up. An adventure stay. If you like trying new places, you will love it. If you don't like trying new places or want perfection, you will not like it. I'll stay there again.
