The property was clean, front desk staff changed 3 times in less than 4 hrs. We had trouble with our door and key cards; they just kept telling us to try again. We had to ask cleaning & maintenance staff to open door for us 3 times.

The property was nice and service was great it is in the middle of everything. The issue we had it was noisy and there is a new hotel being built next door so construction was ongoing from 7 am-6 pm.

The hotel is in walking distance of everything but the hotel itself is older. Overpriced compared to other hotels nearby. Nicer and newer hotels nearby are slightly more but definitely worth paying the extra 20-50$. This hotel is too old to be priced the same as the others.

This hotel was very clean, very close to all the attractions as to the pier, swimming pool was nice and warm, walking distance to beach, over all very nice place and I would stay here again..

The property needs updating and the breakfast could be better. You can easily hear traffic from the street in your room if on the road. It is a descent mid range hotel for a quick family get-a-way.

The locks at Pier 60 need to be replaced with newer tech. Hardly worked our whole stay. People in the same hallway had issues too.

I did not like the fact that your staff kncked on my door for cleaning before it was time for me and my kids to leave. It was rude. I liked the fact my kiddos and I could walk everywhere we wanted to go.

I booked a room with an Intercoastal view. When we got to our room we had a view of a construction site. Thankfully they had another room available and upgraded us. The hotel is outdated but clean. Breakfast and parking are included which we didn’t realize. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again

This place was perfect! When we got there the front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Our corner room was big, clean and the bed was so comfortable. Great view of the water. Roof top bar was fun. Great staff, good drinks, beautiful sunset view! Easy walk to the beach, Pier, food, and shopping. We thought the free breakfast was just perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Pier 60 is in a great location, with a beautiful view of the beach and the marina. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean. Would definitely plan another stay here

hotel was very clean, staff was unknowledgeable about several things. We faced the beach which also faces the street and it was noisy ALL night long. WIFI was non-existent on 10 floor. They said it was a problem on the 10 floor but couldn't move us. Bar is very nice and decent food, beautiful view.

The only thing I did not love was, the street noise was too much, just too loud. We stayed on the street side so we could see the beach. I’m sure if you stay on the harbor side, it will be much quieter.

This has always been one of our favorite places to stay, but now with the new building right in back of it it blocks the view completely. We may need to find a new favorite spot!!

We stayed here last year and it was perfect. This year they were putting a building up next door which blocked our view from the balcony and the construction site noise woke us up early every morning. If we would have known we would have not chose the balcony view room. Other than that the hotel is clean and staff are friendly

My husband and I just returned from a 4 night stay at Pier 60 House. The location with its proximity to the beach and various restaurants and shops was amazing! We didn’t partake in any of the tourist excursions but there was definitely no shortage of them with the marina being right next to it. The rooftop bar offered an amazing view of the area and a great spot for early evening or late time drinks. Our room was spacious and offered a partial view of the beach. Our only issues were that the card keys were very tricky to use. Never worked on the first try and once took a dozen attempts to open. The pillows were not a full-size pillow but rather a bunch of small squares and we ended up bringing in our own pillows that we had from our drive that were in our car. The breakfast was adequate for a quick bite in the morning but nothing to write home about. We didn’t use the pool but it was directly adjacent to the marina and seemed to offer little privacy but had nice early morning sun. For the price and proximity to the beach and other tourist amenities we would definitely return again!

I was disappointed that I was not informed this hotel was under construction. I could not sleep past 7;30 am and I couldn’t keep my curtains open due to construction workers directly across from me.

For the price and the location, this is a great hotel. It is very confusing the first time you arrive. When you pull up to the hotel there is no sign telling you that you need to go on a side road and park in the garage. There is no lobby on the first floor to ask when you get there. We paid for the balcony over looking the harbor, which is now blocked by construction of a big hotel now blocking the view. With noisy construction starting at daylight.

We stayed only one night to have a day in Clearwater Beach. The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the pier. Just a short walk across the street to the pier and beach. Loved the convenience of onsite garage parking! The room was darkly decorated and could use updating but was clean as well as the rest of the hotel areas. They supplied towels for the beach and a free breakfast (which we couldn’t do because of schedule). We loved the rooftop restaurant! Fun food, great tropical drinks and fantastic views of the beach and town. We will definitely stay here again!

Construction next door was noisy, woke us up every morning. Obstructed our views, left dust all over the deck and really was a nuisance! Would have been nice to know this before arriving. The pool was noisy due to construction making it unpleasant and not relaxing.
