We requested a remop which the service did perform unfortunately it didn’t help the ground in tile dirt and carpet dirt. The condo could be awesome with a little extra love: -carpet needs replacing -hot water heater adjusted (my child burned their hand) -Freezer- the handle had fallen off -oven- the handle falls off -overall- could use some bleach and a good coat of paint. -stairs- super steep and narrow Patio- no furniture to sit and enjoy the view When we arrived there was no parking pass. Condo definitely needs an upgrade. Carpet on stairs and upper level is terribly dirty and has tack strips sticking out that my grandson got cut on. Had a breaker issue while there, fixed that, bedroom screen broke( they took it to be replaced and never got it back) front door had metal sticking out and got duct taped (needs new door). Great location as others have noted. The property obviously has been well used and needs improvements. One towel bar broken off wall, corner base cabinet in kitchen door broken so it couldn’t be used, shower faucet knob broken, not enough wine glasses, door of dishwasher falls down, lumpy sofas, etc. The few concerns we had such as plumbing issues and lighting were addressed immediately by the property manager who provided excellent service. We were there the entire month of February. The owner could probably get a higher rate if they invested in some improvements but is probably a good cash generator as is. ##### Kent D. I chose this property over others because it has the pool. I called property mgmt and they said they would call HOA and get back to me, not the case. Also construction in the condo right next door. Drilling, banging, beeping sounds the entire stay! The fridge didn’t really cool what was in it. The bottom step to the stairs was wobbling and dangerous. Bathroom sink didn’t drain. Definitely needed a really good ceiling job as well. The unit was not prepared for occupancy on arrival. Why do we not have an OWNER parking pass and only a guest parking pass? The major items were addressed by maintenance however we have since discovered: we had to wash all silverware and glassware as some was dirty. the silverware drawer is dirty. There are only 3 butter knives. The guest bedroom bed footboard knob was broken off (see attached photo). The vinyl on the lounge chair is peeled off (see photo attached) There is a very noticeable stain on the loveseat in living room (See attached photo). See the attached photo of the toilets. Do the toilets in your home look like this? We rented this unit last year and found it satisfactory. We are VERY dissapointed this year. ##### Kent D. ### 2/10 Terrible #### Gracie S. Apr 28, 2022 Liked: Check-in, location Disliked: Cleanliness #### Disappointed Big Time Cleaning lady was sitting on the floor folding towels upon arrival. A guy was sitting in the recliner talking on his cell phone rather loudly. I found the unit to be dated and in need of repairs. The sofa is worn out, the front storm door slams hard upon entering the unit, the recliner has several rips in the vinyl, window blind was missing in dining room, kitchen cabinets contents were unorganized and in a disarray, walls and floors were dirty, baseboard trim loose in several places especially at master bedroom patio door, lots of dust accumulation on footboard of master bed, storage room had pool and lawn furniture all thrown in it and needs to be cleaned out, a/c unit had duct tape coming loose at ceiling, a pair of ladies panties was under one of the twin beds, downstairs bath shower door track very dirty and possibly moldy, and much more. This is so sad because this unit could be so nice with renovating and updating because it does have a great location with million dollar views. If location is most important without consideration of accommodations, then perhaps this place is for you. We should have taken the lower reviews into more consideration, but the idea of being right on the beach lured us in. Unimpressive upkeep/maintenance as well as details overlooked or ignored (too many to mention in review or to expect management to take care of during a stay; but a few examples: spackled holes unfinished, flooring around sliding doors to "master" balcony in rough shape, chair in "master" is cute but unstable, doors and moulding in rough shape, freezer door handle STILL missing). The kitchen is TINY and as other reviews state from 2019, both furniture & carpet needs replaced, which we hoped would have been done so before our arrival. Seems like not much has been done since it was originally built (1974?). Overall, just very unkempt and dingy, so although it could be deemed as "clean", it certainly didn't feel like it. \*\*BIG DISAPPOINTMENT: "Master Bedroom" is just a bedroom with a king bed and a nice view from the balcony. Description says "master bedroom w/'en-suite bath' ". There are no photos of this bathroom so you don't find out until you get there that it's actually in the hallway between the two bedrooms, so THERE IS NO MASTER BEDROOM. ##### Steve and Amy K.
