The living room has tons of comfortable seating for everyone to gather around and enjoy everybody's company; a sofa and two sofa chairs along with a table and booths taken from an old restaurant! There is a large flat screen TV with streaming services so you can find any show or movie you want. If you feel like dancing, throw a record on the record player and enjoy the evening!   
  
🥘 The kitchen has new appliances and is fully equipped. Take advantage of the fridge and freezer, stove and oven, microwave and coffee maker. Pots, pans and full dining sets are provided for cooking as well as a dish washer for easy clean up.   
  
🍽️ The dining area has a round table with six chairs. Enjoy dinner there or at the booth!   
  
BEDROOMS  
🛌🏽 Bedroom one has a queen sized bed, large closet space for your belongings and a TV with streaming capabilities.   
🛌🏽 Bedroom two also has a queen bed with a closet.   
🛌🏽 Bedroom three has a double sized bunk bed. There is a closet and dresser to make sure you have ample space to put away your belongings and a TV to enjoy your shows before bed.   
  
🛁 There is a full bathroom near the bedrooms. It has a tub/shower combo, sink and mirror with some toiletries provided; shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There are extra towels on the rack in the bathroom as well.   
  
🌳 Out on the porch you'll find outdoor furniture and a grill for anyone that liked to BBQ! The backyard is fenced in so you'll have privacy throughout your visit.   
  
🚪 The home has a secure check in and locking system to ensure that you will feel safe and at home the whole time you're here.

House worked for our group of 7\. Had everything we needed for our stay including tent and chairs for the beach. You can tell this is a very old home that someone tried to flip for renting, cute decor but some structural issues. Back deck is in major need of repair. We stopped going out back door in fear of falling through an extremely soft spot. Majority of house was clean, outside of bathroom. Interior shower curtain is moldy, and floors/baseboards didn’t look clean. If you’re looking to be in the heart of St Petersburg, this is a decent location, about 7-10 minutes. If you’re looking for beach house, I’d pick something else. Took us 20-25 min to get to beach. Neighbors are extremely rude.

I am only happy to share what an amazing experience we had at this rental from Mark. The host was incredibly responsive and proactive to ensure our stay was comfortable. We owe our great experience to a serious issue we encountered with another reservation at a different Airbnb that left us needing a new reservation immediately, and it was late in the evening, after a long trip from the northeast as we were in the process of moving to the Tampa area. We were tired and needed a new reservation and we found this home - Mark responded right away and welcomed us without hesitation, along with our two pups. The property itself was immaculate. A great space with a fun and ecclectic decor - I loved playing vinyl records again, and the diner booth was the best home office space! The location of the property was fantastic: in less than 10 minutes we were at a cool beach (Gulfport), dog park or the hip spots in the Edge district of St. Pete's. A few more minutes and we were at St. Pete's beach or Clearwater. We could walk to the Walmart if we needed to. Mark's property elevated our St. Pete's experience. The house was well stocked, had a wonderful yard our dogs enjoyed, and was very clean. Would stay here again! Highly recommended!
