Only 4 miles to Madera beach and Johns Pass, Florida. Step inside and be greeted by a sun-soaked atmosphere that invites relaxation. The relaxing living area boasts ample seating, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the nearby beaches and attractions. Kick back and enjoy a movie night on the 55" flat-screen TV or challenge your friends to a game of ping pong or Ms. Pac Man in the air-conditioned sunroom. Speaking of the sunroom, it's a delightful space filled with natural light where you can soak up the Florida sunshine while enjoying some friendly competition or simply lounging with a good book. With board games readily available, there's never a dull moment here! You'll also find a queen size sofa sleeper to accommodate additional guests. When it's time to refuel, head to the fully equipped kitchen where you'll find everything you need to whip up delicious meals. A charcoal grill awaits the grill enthusiast on the patio. Dine indoors at the cute dining table or take your meals al fresco on the patio for a true taste of Florida living. Pack a picnic, grab a beach towel and a boogie board and head to one of the nearby beaches to soak up the sun and surf. The home is only blocks from all retail shops, movie theaters and restaurants and the Pinellas Trail and just minutes away from beautiful sugar white sand beaches and crystal-clear warm water. To die for location! Only 4 miles to Madera beach and Johns Pass, then onto Treasure Island, Redding Beach, and only 5 more minutes to Indian Rocks Beach! Rated one of the best beaches in America and nominated by Trip Advisor. Uniquely positioned directly between Clearwater and St. Petersburg; each only 15 minutes away you'll find Pier 60, Clearwater Marine Aquarium (say HI to Winter the Dolphin!), Sand Key State Park, multiple fishing piers, John's Pass and Boardwalk, local seafood restaurants & ice cream, whale watching and parasailing. Whether you are going to the east coast or west coast, this home is conveniently located so you can enjoy both coasts. If you want to stay in, the back room is equipped to have some fun but still enjoy the sun. The host was very responsive to messages and attentive to detail. There were plenty of pots, pans, dishes, etc. had we chosen to do so. We did enjoy the various options for making coffee/tea. The appliances were all in good shape. The neighborhood was quiet, with places to walk our dog, and easy to get to/from a major road. There was plenty of hot water. Julie was quick to respond to us. We enjoyed playing ping pong and Pac-Man in the spacious recreation area. We didn't use the grill or smoker - they would be useful for other guests. The internet connection was good.
