Heated Pool: During the cooler season (November-April) the pool will typically be heated to 82F depending on ambient temperature. If you would like it warmer, we have provided a Hot Tub. Pool can be heated to more that 82F when weather permits and upon special request. Supplies: We do not believe in "starter packs" where you get 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 trash bag and have to run out and buy more on your second day of vacation, we would like you to spend time relaxing instead of shopping for that kind of supplies. We strive to supply plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, a kitchen sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods, shampoo and hand soap, so there's enough for several days stay. We also supply laundry detergent, propane gas for the BBQ grill with a spare propane canister so you won't run out. Coffee (regular and decaffeinated) is provided for the first couple of nights, so you don't have to rush out to buy coffee. Linen: There are towels and linen for all guests, with additional beach towels, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and linen if needed. EV Charger for your electric car is provided. So many things were provided which saved us money from buying and check out was a breeze. By day 2 the pool was heated. The pool guy did show up in the afternoon on a different day that the instruction said. We were swimming and then had get out for an hour which was an inconvenience but that wasn’t the owner’s fault. I shut off the water. The pool was very dirty and not cleaned. let them know and they cleaned it Tuesday afternoon late. The master Shower head is dated and needs to be replaced. Also there was no hot water for the 4 days i was there. Let it run longer to see if it would get any hotter. Need a few updates. ##### Bob P. The home is in a very quiet ,nice neighborhood , it has a great heated pool and pleasant patio to relax on , close to several beach options and numerous good restaurants within a 10 minute driving distance! He was incredibly communicative and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. When the original property became unavailable due to extended renters, Jan seamlessly arranged for us to stay at another home that was just as beautiful and well-appointed. The house was lovely, situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, making for a relaxing getaway. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed.
