Boca Ciega Resort is a four story building, built in 2005-2006 on the bay by Long Bayou close to Madeira Beach FL. This 1 bedroom one bath condo was completely remodeled and is stunning. I allow 2 adults and 1 minor child to stay in the unit. Dogs are welcome up to 25 pounds with a prior approval from the host and a $100 pet fee. No cats allowed. The address of the property is 8800 Bay Pines Blvd, Unit 211, St Petersburg Florida 33709 It is located in a safe residential neighborhood close to all the beaches and St. Petersburg / Tampa, FL. The new Doc Fords restaurant opens next door opens in the fall of 2022. It is also within a few minutes drive from some of the most popular beaches in Florida. This unit has: Beautiful views overlooking the water. It is in the middle section which is quieter. It overlooks the pool. Fully equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer. King size bed. Central air Cable TV with 160 channels and high speed internet. 65 inch Samsung Smart TV. The condo was decorated nicely and had everything that we needed. The traffic trying to get out of the condo was very busy just as everywhere else in the area. Restaurant was next door and several others very close by. Also a Walmart was right over the bridge for convience. Our host was easy to reach and reponded quickly to any questions we had. I have to say, we didn't want to leave. The views, the property, the decor and the amenities were absolutely ideal. We will definitely be booking again. We did see dolphins when sitting out on the balcony! Condo was convenient to Treasure Island beach and we thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay. We hope to come back some day! It is exactly as described if it's not even better.We had a wonderful relaxing view from the balcony. We watched the dolphins every morning and enjoyed the pool every day. This unit was nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. Nice bedding and towels. Bed was comfortable. The view was great. We saw dolphins everyday and a few times pretty close to the shore. Itā€™s a short 8 minute drive to the beach and Madeira Beach is so much nicer than Clearwater. Definitely will stay again. ##### Mary T.
