View the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico ocean and watch the sunsets from the enclosed front room of the house or sit on the terrace for a panorama. Watch beautiful sunsets from the front terrace or from the dinning room table. This sunny light filled cozy detached private beach house with central air conditioning and heating accommodates 2 to 6 persons. The quoted price is for one to four persons. Persons five and six incur an extra charge of $35 per night. 3 sleeping areas. 1\. Master bedroom with king-size bed with private master bathroom; 2\. second bedroom with queen-size bed and 3\. front room with queen-size sleeper sofa. Second bathroom with double sink for sleeping areas 2 and 3\. . For toddlers we have a pack and play bassinet. We provide a cooler for your beach picnics, beach umbrellas, beach chairs and beach towels. Fully equipped brand new kitchen with granite counter top. Utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, toastee, blender, can opener, cork screw are all in the cottage. Entire flooring of Turkish marble. Marble walk in showers in both bathrooms. Walk to the beach in your bathing suit. Built in the 1920s, extensively modernized, marble flooring, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with marble showers, modern kitchen with granite counter top, side by side refrigerator, built in microwave, dishwasher, kitchen bar, open living room with swivel mounted 55” TV with Netflix, Amazon, Free TV. Decorative fireplace mantle. Built in washer and dryer. There are two outside dining areas and free off street parking that will accommodate an RV and car or two cars tandem and one public parking in front. Beach parking can cost up to $25 per day, so this is a great savings by renting this particular beach house. Close to restaurants and evening entertainment festivities at Pier 60\. Hike north along the beach to reach Caladesi Island, one of the last undeveloped barrier islands on the East Coast of Florida. You may find something cheaper on the mainland or on a canal, but here you are on the beach. No stress in fighting beach traffic, finding a parking place, paying a parking fee up to $25 per day, packing up, then doing the same thing day after day. In case of rain, it is only a one minute walk back to the house. By the way, the house is very near the location of the Warner Brothers movie, Winter, the Dolphin Tale, starring Morgan Freeman. The dolphin can be seen at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, 5 minutes from the house. It takes a little over an hour, past the beach mansions. Caladesi Island is now joined with Clearwater Island although some maps still show the two separated. There are nature trails on the Island which has a forest ranger station and three climatic zones: a palmetto forest, a pine forest and a hammock canopy. Quiet street with quick access to beach, town, and restaurants. The best part of the property is a front lawn with fake grass, tables and lounge chairs that allows you to relax before the beach and after the beach. Sunsets are incredible and the beach is very large. Coffee and creamers were a nice touch as well as a full kitchen. TVs do not have cable and only offer streaming apps so be prepared to watch sports and local channels on your own devices. Adding a cable service would make the property even better for us sports enthusiasts. House was bigger than we expected with nuce size bedrooms and a comfortable day bed. Mary was super helpful when TV remote didn't work. Very nice short walk to beach. Beach to south was best because more private beach and not so crowded. Found lots of nice shells and sand dollars. Our main question we had was did it get any hurricane damage. They response was no. Upon arrival, in the pouring rain, we were given a code from owner that did not work.After the manager got us in it had a incredible musty smell. It was dirty so my wife cleaned it including washing the sheets because they were full of sand. The amenities are incorrect and need to be updated. We only got 1 trash bag, 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toliet paper per bathroom for a 6 day stay.Unfortunately, it was the worst experience we have had in renti g throogh VRBO. The kitchen was new and nice but the front and side door was so old and warped they could have been kicked in. It also advertised free smart tv channels. This was true in the living room but you had to pay in the bedroom. This whole place needed renovations for the price that was charged. I could go on and on. So sad it rained and we were stuck in this old place for days. The manager Mary was wonderful but we strong do not recommend this place until it is updated including a health dept. Paper saying it isnt full of mold. We love Clearwater but will not return for awhile due to our experience. We give this cottage no more than 1 star and that is for the great manager Mary. ##### Michael W. It was exactly what we needed! Very clean, spacious home that we could easily relax in. The beach is literally a 20 second walk and that part of the beach is calm and relaxing without people sitting on top of you. My son and I played baseball on the beach with plenty of room to spare. They also provide all the amenities you need to relax at the beach. No need to bring your own! This place is a must stay. The ease of checking in and out was great. There’s a couple ceiling fans that need balancing and the driveway needs to be cut back so you can get in and out of your car but those things were just not all that important in the end. If you want somewhere to really relax and enjoy your time, this is the place. ##### Joseph B. Beds are comfortable and the place was spotless! We loved having a washer and dryer and 2 bathrooms. The close proximity to the beach was the best part for us. We were also able to walk to some shops and restaurants but were far enough away from the center of town to feel like we had some privacy and quiet. All in all I would recommend this place to anyone and if we return to the area, I’d definitely stay here again! ##### Marla B.
