This house is very close to the beaches, Skyway bridge, St Pete Downtown, Malls. In case you want to have your morning coffee just walking by the water, you are also very close to St. Pete Pier. if you just need to stay home and rest, you can stay at home and enjoy with your family or friends. and cook anything in the perfectly established kitchen. The photos of the inside are accurate but the space, particularly the living room is very small. The tv is on the wall to one of the bedrooms in the dining room which made it hard to watch, particularly if someone was sleeping in that room. The backyard was not as pictured, the furniture is small and moldy (maybe from the hurricanes) and didn’t look sturdy. No kitchen towel, only one potholder and the water pressure in the kitchen sink and primary bathroom was only a trickle. Neighborhood and exterior of the house is not as expected. Very run down. Close to things but not the residential area we anticipated whe. Viewing the photos of the interior. Should have recognized this when there were no photos of the outside. ##### Joanne C. The grass was over a foot tall, ping pong table was unusable due to be totally exposed to the elements. Landscaping was non existent and its a shame because we would’ve enjoyed using the back patio. Grill was charcoal and dirty and disgusting. Patio furniture was not protected. The light switches in ensuite bathroom were a mystery that we did not solve.
