Inside, you'll find a spacious living room featuring a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for accommodating additional guests. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed for a restful night's sleep. The condo has brand-new furniture and includes an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. Take advantage of the condo’s pool and barbecue area, perfect for relaxing and socializing. Plus, enjoy the convenience of a beach wagon, chairs, and towels provided by the condo, making it easy to soak up the sun. For easy transportation, take advantage of the Beach Trolley, a public transportation option that runs along the Gulf Coast in Florida. Amenities also include daily access to the main office for any business needs that arise, such as copying and printing boarding passes. Maintenance is also available seven days a week along with an after-hours emergency call attendant. This is a non smoking home. Washing machine did not work while there and we didn't find out until the day before our vacation ended and our clothes were left soaking wet in the washing machine. We had to travel home with a garbage bag of soaked clothing. Messaged them and 4 days after our stay still no response from them. Also the fan in the bedroom can't be turned off except by using the wall light switch which also turns off the nightstand lights so you're left fumbling in the dark to get to the bed. The only way the nightstand lights are functional is if you're okay with leaving the ceiling fan running. Also AC can't be set below 72\. Not a big deal, but seeing as we typically set our house to around 68-70, it was a little warmer than ideal. Nice location, but a few minor issues that made our stay a little less than ideal. ##### Jennifer N.
