There was plenty of room for all with 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. Open living/dining/kitchen area. There was an upper & lower deck outside. Spent a lot of time on the lower deck which had a picnic table & lots of sitting space around a permanent counter. There was room for outdoor games next to the lower deck. Great views from the upper deck but no table up there. Still nice to view sunsets & gulf. Its about 2 minutes to the beach. Very nice spot as it was relatively distant 'from the public beach access points. Had lots of room for us to spread out. The unit is on a busy street but on the beachside of the house the traffic noise wqs negligible. The 2 bedrooms on the street could be noisy at night.
