The home features an open floor plan and plenty of sitting areas inside and outside, that are great for entertaining, relaxing and spending time together. The outdoor space has a large back yard with an in-ground swimming pool. Plenty of space to relax and play. The home is centrally located just 3 minutes from Indian Rocks Beach, 31 minutes from St. Pete Beach, 32 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg, 33 minutes from Clearwater Beach, and only 27 miles from downtown Tampa. The area offers many wonderful parks for biking, beaches and walking trails, playgrounds, and sports courts. The 55" Roku Smart TV in the living room is equipped with extras like Netflix and Hulu. Just log in to your accounts to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. Additionally there are Smart TV's in each of the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, a private bathroom, and a large closet. The second bedroom has a King bed and two bunk beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has two bunk beds for additional guests and family.
