Near Beach, Pool, Paradise Awaits Adult Only The Green Room

This is an adult only private luxury home 30 minutes from Tampa Airport , nestled between Clearwater, St Petersburg and close to the beautiful gulf beaches! Our home sit’s on 1 acre of natural Florida landscaping.
Guests have private entrance to your suites with full bath, mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, large cable tv, free wi fi and internet access, use of large salt water pool, gas grill, private sunbathing area, 2 outdoor fire pits with plenty of seating areas. We do provide gas for the Gas Grill, coin laundry and ice located in the garage. We have firewood for $7 bundled.
This room does not open up to the pool this room is in the front of the house. The room that opens to the pool is the West Wing.
Jeff and I live on site so if you need anything we are always available, but also leave you alone for your privacy!
The beach is 2 miles away, the closest is Indian shores.
Our home has 3 suites available, all with the same amenities, so if you are traveling with other couples or friends it's the perfect place. We can host up to 6 people at a time.
You can start your morning with some coffee k cups provided along with my local favorite super mini island rum cakes!
We have been known as clean freaks, we wash all bedding, including quilts, pillow shams, and blankets between every guest. You can rest easy knowing this!
