Welcome to Azul Townhomes A1- Seahaven! This newly built, spacious townhome is perfect for larger families or groups seeking comfort, convenience, and luxury. This 4-story retreat offers ample space for relaxing, dining, and making memories together.  
  
On the ground level, you'll find the welcoming entrance and an attached garage that fits two cars, plus extra driveway space for added convenience. The 2nd level is the heart of the home, featuring a spacious living area with plenty of comfortable seating and an awesome 75 inch TV. Gather around the large dining table for meals, games, or quality time. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and is fully stocked with dishware, cookware, and utensils — everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Step out onto the private balcony with a table and chairs, the perfect spot to unwind and chat about your day's adventures. This level also includes a bedroom with a Queen bed and TV, plus a full bathroom. You will also find a private elevator in the home that has access from ground level to the roof top deck.  
  
The 3rd floor boasts three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The Master Bedroom features a King bed, a 65 inch TV, and an attached bathroom for added privacy. The other two bedrooms each offer two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds with 55 inch TVs, making them ideal for kids or groups. A washer and dryer on this floor add extra convenience.  
  
The 4th floor offers another King bedroom with a 55 inch TV and an attached bathroom. This level opens to a spacious rooftop deck with plenty of seating, tables, and amazing top-floor views. Whether you're enjoying an outdoor dinner, sipping cocktails, or simply relaxing as you watch the lively Madeira Beach scene below, this rooftop space is a true highlight.  
  
Guests can also enjoy the shared heated pool with an outdoor shower for a refreshing dip after a day at the beach. Beach access is just across the street, with a nearby crosswalk for safe and easy back-and-forth trips.
