The interior boasts many upgrades including hardwood and tile floors throughout, marble and granite counter tops, custom cabinetry, top quality appliances, modern lighting and much more. The stunning kitchen, overlooking the pool and inter-coastal waterway, has all new stainless-steel appliances, a massive granite island and a bright dining area with enough seating for up to 16 people to comfortably dine together. The spacious master bedroom is all about comfort and relaxation with its own private door overlooking the pool and the waterfront. Upon arriving we found the house and pool immaculate and relaxing. Everything we could possibly need was available in the house. Every morning we sat by the pool and enjoyed our coffee and read books as the day woke. We were mesmerized by the birds that joined us. We enjoy nature and even went to the Everglades during our stay. There were almost as many birds by the dock as we saw in the Everglades. The Black-crowned night heron and Great blue heron were enjoyable guests each morning. The location of the home was perfect for us. We walked to the beach at least once every day to see the sunset. On some mornings, family members did yoga by the beach. Our stay was a celebration for three generations of our family to get together. We used the central location to visit many attractions in St. Pete's Beach, Sarasota, and St. Petersburg. The Christmas luminary of candles lining the streets of Three Palms Point was a highlight, as was the fireworks New Year's Eve.
