The interior boasts many upgrades including hardwood and tile floors throughout, marble and granite counter tops, custom cabinetry, top quality appliances, modern lighting and much more. The stunning kitchen, overlooking the pool and inter-coastal waterway, has all new stainless-steel appliances, a massive granite island and a bright dining area with enough seating for up to 16 people to comfortably dine together. The spacious master bedroom is all about comfort and relaxation with its own private door overlooking the pool and the waterfront. The master bedroom includes a restful king size bed, a desk/chair and a cozy sofa love seat to sink into after a long day in the sun. The 2nd bedroom can be used as another master suite complete with a full bathroom and walk-in closet, both that are opened and closed by sliding barn doors. The 3rd bedroom is beautifully adorned in a nautical theme, has hardwood floors and two beds that sleeps up to 3\. The large 4th bedroom is uniquely designed for sea lovers in mind, with hardwood floors, a large closet, two beds and a trundle that sleeps up to 4\. There was ample space for grandkids' visit; the home is appealing for older guests as well. The home and property are VERY clean in and out and VERY well maintained. We very much enjoyed the heated pool, fishing in the bay in the backyard and morning coffee in the backyard! There was lots of room for our kids to safely play outside. The safety fence for the pool and the fenced in yard to keep kids out of the bay was certainly a feature we were looking for when we sought out for a rental. The owners of this home are super great people. They were always available for us to reach and looked after us quite well. Upon arriving we found the house and pool immaculate and relaxing. Everything we could possibly need was available in the house. Every morning we sat by the pool and enjoyed our coffee and read books as the day woke. We were mesmerized by the birds that joined us. We enjoy nature and even went to the Everglades during our stay. There were almost as many birds by the dock as we saw in the Everglades. The Black-crowned night heron and Great blue heron were enjoyable guests each morning. The location of the home was perfect for us. We walked to the beach at least once every day to see the sunset. On some mornings, family members did yoga by the beach. Our stay was a celebration for three generations of our family to get together. We used the central location to visit many attractions in St. Pete's Beach, Sarasota, and St. Petersburg. The Christmas luminary of candles lining the streets of Three Palms Point was a highlight, as was the fireworks New Year's Eve. Our family had a marvelous time and would like to thank Chad, Beth, Ron & Nancy for our stay at their beautiful house. ##### Debbie T.
