Ideally located 2 blocks from the beach and one block from a playground and Nature Preserve. The perfect setting for a family retreat or girl's getaway. Enjoy lounging in the back yard, soaking up the rays on the beach, and dining at the local restaurants. Previously a Guest Favorite with last co-host. (Under New Management) Private three bedroom house with a beach theme and chic furnishings. The backyard has a heated pool, shower, two grills, outdoor table, and lounging areas. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a shower. The other bathroom has a bath and shower and is in between the 2 guest bedrooms. The pool is accessed through the master bedroom and guest bedroom. The living room includes a queen sofa bed. A ring camera is on the front door and only records the exterior when you approach the front door. Circular driveway fits 3 cars (street parking is prohibited). You will have everything you need to enjoy your stay and your time at the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, coffee maker, a Keurig, coffee, tea, and basis spices. Linens, towels, hair dryers, and toiletries are provided. For your time indoors board games, puzzles, wifi, a smart tv in the master bedroom, and a smart tv in the living room (with cable as well) are available. Pool toys, snorkels, goggles, and rafts are available for the pool. A beach wagon, beach umbrella, beach chairs, coolers, and sand toys are available to take to the beach. A washer and dryer are in the laundry room. To make your stay with children more convenient a high chair, pack-n-play, stroller, floaties, and life jackets are available along with door alarms that you can turn on or off on the doors that lead out to the pool (adult supervision required). Everything was clean, communication was superb, and the beach was a short 2 block walk. We stayed here for the second half of our family vacation (my family of three including my 18 month old, plus my adult brother and parents). It was comfortable, welcoming, and I loved that the decor was bright and unique. The property had pretty much everything we could have possibly needed including toiletries, towels, all the beach essentials including a wagon for transport, and even children’s plates, cups, a high chair and pack and play! This was so nice to know in advance and made packing for our little one way less stressful. They also have some board games and a variety of options for tv and a Roku. The outside area is beautiful, with plenty of seating- both for lounging and eating. Pool was a comfortable warm and very clean. The inside of the home was also clean and tidy, and beds were comfortable. A bonus was having 2 bikes to ride, which my dad and brother enjoyed. The area/location is also great- the neighborhood is nice and there is a playground less than a block away which was so great for my son- good for a variety of ages! There is a nature walk there as well. In the other direction, several shops and restaurants are just a few blocks away. We found a lot of our favorite places/restaurants a very short drive (3-5 mins) away. Overall, would highly recommend this place, and we would come back!! ##### Maddie S. It's obviously been extended over the years which makes the layout fun. There are some interesting features - the step down into the master bathroom, the old style light switch in the hallway, the thickness of the original walls - which make this a home of character. The house has everything you could need and more in amenities and items left for guest use, like dishtabs/laundry detergent etc. and so much more. The yard is an absolute haven - a great pool and lovely landscaping, seating and lighting that make this the perfect space for evening relaxation or a pool day. There are also restaurants within walking distance. The house is 3 bedrooms/2 bath with a pullout sofa in the living room. The house has everything you need and is in a quiet neighborhood. Communication was very quick and the check in was super easy. The pool was great and bigger than the pictures made it seem. Loved the pool and pool area. If you're looking for a good place to stay with a nice pool and close to the beach (also only 15-20 minutes from Clearwater Beach), then this is the place. We fit 7 comfortably - 5 adults and 2 older teens. We also had plenty of items to take to the beach. If you're looking at renting, one thing I would advise you to consider is if you have some elderly guests, there are a couple of step ups/downs in the house that make really easy trip hazards. Even with a "younger" group of people, it caused a few of us to trip as they're easy to forget and not look at as you move from rooms. The a/c worked well, which is good to know in advance in my opinion. There are a few minor maintenance items that could be addressed (light in the main shower area, some outdated outlets, pool area/tile should be pressure washed), but nothing that would prevent me from renting again. Host was very quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay! ##### Jeff S. It was exactly what we were looking for for our family of 6\. We could walk 1.5 blocks to the beautiful beach and then retreat to our private pool. The owner was very responsive. The place was clean and up to date. It is close to the airport and an easy retreat from the northeast. We would definitely consider renting the same place again.
