Less than half mile walk to beach. Walkable to shops, restaurants, and grocery store. Ample parking. Nice, new appliances including washer and dryer. Pool is lovely with pleasant water temperature, and plenty of lounge chairs. Neighborhood is great for walking with lots of friendly people out and about. The townhouse is very well equipped with anything needed to prepare meals. Nice screened in porch and even a rec room. A beach wagon, several chairs and an umbrella are provided. The walk to the beach is about 12 to 15 minutes but easy for us because we are walkers! We had a minor issue with door locks but a maintenance man arrived 15 minutes after we called! One negative and it has NOTHING to do with accommodations or owner…. Some of the permanent residents were rather territorial at the pool. They literally formed a circle in the shallow end so my grandson could not swim. ##### Ron W.
