It has a king-size bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit sleeps 4 and includes Free WiFi! This condo is right across the street from the Public beach access and is within walking distance of various local restaurants and shops. The large heated pool is secluded from the street by privacy fencing. Across the Street from Beach - John\`s Pass is a collection of shops and restaurants in an old-style fishing village setting. Here, you can pass the time watching pelicans dive for fish, watch dolphins swim and play, shop until your heart\`s content, or simply relax and enjoy all the amazing food and drink! Fishing is the primary sport activity, but you can rent a jet ski, take a pirate cruise, or go on a sunset dolphin cruise. Many more restaurants, beach bars, unique local shops, and public beach access points are within the city limits. The activities and memories are endless in Madeira Beach! Please use the pool at your own risk. • The use of roller skates, roller blades, in-line skates, and skateboards is strictly prohibited in the building walkways, sidewalks, parking ramps and garage. • Keep balconies and walkways clear. No towels, clothing, umbrellas or other items are to be hung from railings or balconies. • Barbecuing or grilling on balconies is allowed with an electric grill ONLY. • Do not feed seagulls from the property. • Park in assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 10pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be. • All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers. • Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. Overall, the property was great. However, the first impression, when we opened the door to the unit, there was a strong, stale smoke odor. We tried to open windows and doors as much as possible to air it out. But our clothes and masks absorbed the odor, which we noticed whenever we went out. Cleanliness could have been better. There was a dirty sock left under the bed. Also, a few minor fixes are needed. There were a few missing blind sections, from the vertical blinds in the bedroom. So much so that I didn't feel comfortable in there at night, with people able to peek in. We ended up hanging a sheet over the window for privacy and security. But the king-sized bed was super comfortable. The shower was nice. The living room was nice to hang out in. The pool on the property was excellent! My kids loved swimming in it every day! Beach access was also super easy, with the cross-walk just a block away. At first I wasn't sure about having the Speedway gas station right next door to the property. But it ended up being convenient for a few things we forgot at the grocery! The property location is also very convenient (a short drive or moderate walk) to lots to do!! Overall, very happy with our stay and we would stay there again! The other residents there were also very friendly! ##### Sarah F. This is a small condo, but had everything that we needed for our stay. The king bed was very comfortable. Beach entrance is right across the street and the pool was the perfect temperature. Only complaints were that there are no beach towels (the check in email tells you that too) so you have to bring your own and the shower head is very low. My 6' husband had a difficult time, but didn't seem to be bothered. We would definitely stay again. ##### Mary C.
