The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including a Keurig coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals or enjoy your morning coffee. The bathroom features a basic, clean design for your comfort. Outside, enjoy the heated pool with lounge chairs and BBQ grill area for meals or leisure time. Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. Please note: there is no washer or dryer in the unit; nearby laundry facilities are available. The on-site laundry room is not currently available but is scheduled to be installed by 2026\. Please use the pool at your own risk. • The use of roller skates, roller blades, in-line skates, and skateboards is strictly prohibited in the building walkways, sidewalks, parking ramps and garage. • Keep balconies and walkways clear. No towels, clothing, umbrellas or other items are to be hung from railings or balconies. • Barbecuing or grilling on balconies is allowed with an electric grill ONLY. • Do not feed seagulls from the property. • Park in assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 10pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be. • All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers. • Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. The location is right across the street from public access on a very nice beach where umbrellas and chairs can be rented daily or weekly. The unit is small and simple - perfect for two people. Kitchen is well stocked and starter supplies were provided. The pool was a pleasant surprise - it’s small but very clean. Management company was very responsive - we arrived late at night and had a small issue with the parking pass and received a response to a message within minutes. ##### Beth V.
