#### Madeira Bay Resort - Marina View

We ended up having a nice stay but had some issues with the condo. First - when you walk in there were a lot of marks on the walls. A quick coat of touch up would go far. Second, the lack of wall coverings. Just a quick stop at your local Marshalls or Home Goods would do wonders. Third, at first glance it looked quite clean, but once you pull back the covers, I found a hair in the bed, the bunk beds only had a bottom sheet and we had to remake the bed and getting up early, I found a cockroach on the counter. Fourth, The Living Room sofa and chairs weren't that comfortable and should probably be updated. And if you want to cook there, the pots and pans could use an up date and the silverware could be of better quality. ON a good note, The view was fantastic - quiet while sitting on the deck. If we were on the Gulf side, it would have been much louder. The location to the Gulf was perfect. A very short walk to the beach to see beautiful sunsets. Paul in the management office was very nice and allowed us to have two parking spots, which was helpful once our son arrived. Overall, the place was nice, just needs some TLC and updating.

Located in a great area, kids enjoyed the pool, across the street from the beach access. Beds were nice and views pretty from balcony. The kitchen is lacking cooking utensils. And the condo is need of a deep clean and repainting terribly so. But overall it was a nice stay.

#### No Fuss Girls Getaway

Everything about this booking was no fuss. The communication was clear, the directions and assistance from TRS were excellent. We enjoyed the convenience of the location. Just a short walk to Madeira Beach and John’s Pass. The condo had some beach chairs and a blanket that we used every day. The condo was clean, and we really enjoyed the balcony with the marina view. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time taking the family to Madeira Beach for a family Spring Break after we froze in PCB last March. This area was family and pet friendly, great walking distance to all the shopping, dining, and beach. We had 2 cars so we had to buy a visitor pass from the city for our second car which was ridiculous because there were always free spaces in the garage. Unit small and minimal kitchen supplies, but restaurants were so good I was glad not to cook. View of the marina was spectacular. Sunrises on the patio and Sunsets on the beach! The second bedroom isn’t really a bedroom as it doesn’t have a closet. The cleaning staff in the hallways was the best I have every witnessed at any hotel/condo, working hard to keep the place sand free and smelling fresh ALL DAY! The housekeeping staff was also thorough and friendly. The gym needs improvements. No hand sanitizer or towels to wipe down machines. The view from the bike made up for it! We will be back for sure!

We enjoyed our stay. Unit was clean and in a great location. However, we did have to purchase a lot of items that usually come in a VRBO (dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap, beach towels, extra covers). We enjoyed our stay at Johns Pass. This was a great place to bring our dog, enjoy the water views and easy access to the area for meals, shopping, the beach, etc. We were a little confused on where to park when we arrived, where to go check in at and then had to re-park to be in the correct bldg our condo was in, as it was next door to the office bldg. We were also given a window of check-in between 3 and 5, which was disappointing and hard to determine exactly from our long drive. Fortunately we did get in it around 3:30. Overall the condo was clean and good. The master bed was very comfortable and we liked the furniture. However, we had difficulties with the 3 TV remotes as the one we were instructed to use, did not even work. The bunkbed room had uncomfortable mattresses and no TV, but it had a cable box?! We also had to call about having no outlets working in the kitchen area upon arrival. We discovered a fuse was tripped from the microwave, apparently from the guest before us?!

Nice location for walking distance to beach and John’s Pass. Check in was smooth and we were greeted warmly and informed regarding access, parking, etc. Nice view from the balcony and a nicely appointed place.

#### Amazing place, amazing location

Close to a ton of things to do, especially John's Pass! Was practically in brand new condition and check in and out was easy as could be. Hope to stay there again sometime!

This was a great location. Close to the beach and johns pass with lots of shops and restaurants and fun activities like jet skiing. Condo was nice. Beds very comfortable. Not as clean as I would have liked when we arrived and kitchen amenities a bit lacking. Also not a lot of storage upon entry so shoes jackets bags just on floor. Pool a bit basic. Spent most time at beach. Overall very good.
