It was across the street from the beach & johns pass was in walking distance . The only complaint I have was the workout room was right above the unit & we could hear people running & slamming weights. Also the pool was closed 7 days out of the 9 days we were there. The balcony’s view of the ocean was super nice . The place itself was well decorated & nice. I would definitely recommend . Everyone at the desk was super friendly . Cleanliness was definitely an issue (all the dishes were filthy) and the amount of maintenance problems we had for a four day trip were not acceptable. (Shower water pressure was so high we had to take cold showers with the water trickling so it wouldn’t hurt, fire alarm batteries starting chirping in the middle of the night and had to be changed, bathroom fixtures were not secured to the wall well enough, toilet seat not staying up was an issue for my husband) The pictures were also very misleading because based on those I thought there were two balconies (one Oceanside, one harbor side) and it was only one in the front directly facing another high rise, so the “ocean view” was a small opening past the big building in front of the condo. The road noise was an issue as well. I also thought this unit was in the new building next door, and it was not. The good parts about this were the location was great, easy beach access, and the staff was very friendly. This unit needs some attention to the details though. ##### Caitlin B.
