The floors were dirty, dusty, and sandy as well. For a 2 bedroom condo we only got 3 towels for our body's for a 4 night stay on the beach and couldn't provide me with at least 2 more. Short walk to John's Pass to shopping & restaurants.The beach is directly across the street. Nice having underground parking. The condo has a nice partial ocean view and we enjoyed the balcony. There is construction of a new high rise across the street but it did not obstruct the view. Noise from construction wasn't to bad considering it was directly in front of us. This wasn't mentioned ahead of time. The condo was clean ( except the Keruig coffe maker was full of mold inside so we only used the regular coffee maker) & spacious and had everything we needed. However, it needs to be drastically updated with new paint and furnishings considering the price charged is the same for much more modern units in the building. Our stay was only for 2 nights. If we were staying longer I would have requested another unit. Front desk staff & the manager were awesome. All in all it was a nice stay but I expected more for the price. ##### Shirley P.
