Great location right across from the public beach and short walk to John’s Pass. We saw dolphins right behind the pool and a manatee right below our balcony. Condo was very nice and well maintained. The only thing we didn’t care for was the balcony. It is rather small and open to all surrounding balconies. It has no walls at all, just a railing. We stayed in June of 2025 with our one and three year old. The walls were thick (thanks goodness because my baby is LOUD) and the resort room was well furnished and updated. The location is great! We were on the intercoastal side, so we just sat outside and watched the fish and manatees from our balcony. There were two crosswalks very close to the building, so you could easily get to the beach. It was a five minute walk to John's pass and there were many other places to eat or drink nearby. Feb 12, 2025 Disliked: Communication, location, listing accuracy #### Disappointed with communication and lame charge Would have scored higher but the runaround we have gotten on a lame damage charge was horrible customer service. A faulty part in the bathroom was charged to us that could have been that way when we arrived but they refused to discuss with us.
